To ensure our studio stays in immaculate condition, we have a few guidelines in place.

Address: 7/7 Pambalong drive Mayfield West 2304 Newcastle. Booking must be made prior to attending. 

 PLEASE READ ALL GUIDELINES PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING
 

DAMAGE:If any of the props, furniture or property is damaged/ stained in your booking, you are liable to cover the cost of a new item or get it professionally cleaned. You MUST NOT drag any furniture on the floor, please pick up if you're moving it. Any drag marks made in your booking will be charged a $200 fee.

Please no standing on the furniture.

CAMERAS:

We will have one camera in the studio for security purposes. Footage will only be monitored if theft/ break-ins were to occur. 

We also have 3 cameras throughout the reception side. 

NO SHOWS/ CANCELATIONS 

If you don't show up to your appointment, you are still required to pay the total amount/ if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking you must pay 50%. You must notify us 48 hours or longer before your booking to get a full refund. 

PROPERTY ACCESS 

All studio bookings are required to only stay in the studio or outside the premises. Please don't enter the other rooms as we could have other private bookings on.

Please enter through the receptionist on your arrival (We are a red and white building located directly across from a large patch of grass). The front entrance is on riverside drive. Please do not enter directly through the warehouse end, you must notify us you’re here first. If you’re having trouble finding us please contact us via Instagram or email.

PARKING 
Please only park on the street directly in front of our studio unless advised of other parking by us as most of these parks are owned from other business owners - weekends and public holidays you're welcome to park directly outside the studio. Please keep in mind if you have alot of things to carry you can also unload your car at the studio and then go park on the street.

MUSIC

You’re welcome to play your own music in the studio at a reasonable level.

BOOKING + CATEGORY 

You must only use your booking for the category picked - eg. Photography can’t allow events. You must use the booking for what you chose at checkout. If you go against our guidelines, you will be asked to leave and won't be allowed to make another booking with us. 

Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times.

Bookings dont come with a professional photographer, this needs to be discussed prior to your booking.

FURNITURE 

You’re welcome to move any of the furniture around to suit you (except for large & heavy items eg. Bed, fossil stone splint, boucle couch) Please be mindful of dragging items on our floor.

If the studio is left messy and large furniture pieces are not returned to the appropriate area, you will incur a cost of $100.

If props or furniture is re-arranged, all items must be returned back into the original layout

BOOKING TIME 

Please only arrive on your booking time as we could have bookings/cleaning in progress prior to your booking.

If you require loading/unloading before or after the booking, you must do this in your own booking time.

Please don't cross over your booking time as we also could have bookings after you and need time to clean for the next client. 

A 5-minute grace period is allowed after your booking session, any overtime will be charged $30 per 15 minutes.

If you decide during your booking that you need more time depending on our availability you can message us to add extra time to your booking and we can send you a payment link for the extra time. (This isn't guaranteed). 

REFUNDS 

if you've decided you need to cancel your appointment and you're entitled to a refund please allow 2-25 business days for you to receive the funds.
